Mechanical Engineering Using 3-D Solid Modeling

After the prototype stage of a project, we will engineer the product using SolidWorks software to create 3 dimensional solid models. These models are accurate in all features and dimensions. These files can be used to generate tool paths for CNC machining, creating stereo lithography parts, tolerance analysis, and engineering drawings.

These fully dimensioned and toleranced engineering drawings are used to build off, from machined parts to plastic injection molded parts, and can be used to purchase parts. This set of drawings typically includes a bill of materials, and assembly drawings.
